7. ДОСТАВКА И ПРИЕМ

7.1. Общие правила

По умолчанию счета отправляются на адрес электронной почты, указанный Клиентом при регистрации.
При несоблюдении указанных ниже процедур претензии Покупателя не принимаются.

7.2. Характеристики доставки по DPD

7.4. Возврат продукции

12. NON-WAIVER

Если одна из сторон не ссылается на нарушение другой стороной какого-либо из обязательств, указанных в настоящих общих условиях продажи, это не может быть истолковано в будущем как отказ от данного обязательства.

13. ПРИМЕНИМОЕ ПРАВО И КОМПЕТЕНТНАЯ ЮРИСДИКЦИЯ

Sales of CIYC Europe products are subject to Bulgarian law.
